Required Skills Being an Branch Service Manager starts by building relationships that are founded on people, cooperation, service and trust - and it is fundamental in how we distinguish ourselves in the financial services industry. As the face of the organization, you serve a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, employees, and service providers. To passionately serve the best interest of our Members, employees, and communities. Your duties as the Assistant Branch Manager are to include cultivating an effective sales and service culture by coaching branch staff and by recognizing and rewarding your staff for their achievements. You'll also support the Branch Manager's community involvement, volunteerism, and business development efforts by acting as an Ambassador of the organization at all times. Additionally, you are to maintain the efficient day-to-day operations of the branch by ensuring completion of daily operational tasks, as well as conducting branch audits that ensures compliance with Redwood Credit Union policies and procedures. We love to help our Members succeed, and it starts by hiring people impassioned by serving the best interests of others! Required Experience As the Branch Service Manager, the ideal candidate also has:
A combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field 4
years financial services, operations and sales experience 2
years in a supervisory role or capacity Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law
Salary Range:
$80K
Minimum Qualification
Banking, Loans & Insurance, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
